In the oldest part of the village, amongst its history consisting of streets, piazzas, houses and many small architectural jewels, built layer upon layer and by reusing the decorative material from previous buildings, stand the medieval house and the palazetto of Via San Martino, both located near the village's main square.
The plastered facade retains the stone, arched doorway, with ledges on piers and a decorated key stone, above which is the emblem of the Galli family, the current owners of the building.

The front of the building is plastered and has a stone entrance way with simple jambs with ledges on which there is a round arch with a moulded cornice and a keystone decorated with a pattern of foliage. The larger apertures, arranged in two rows, are made up of Renaissance-style windows and balconies with wrought iron railings.
The building, despite having suffered many changes and renovations over the centuries, retains evidence of its original and subsequent phases. The principle element is the stone portal, dating from the 15th century, with ashlar stone work both in the piers and the rounded arch, with a flat projecting cornice above.
